Complete core and cavity set machined in pre-hard steel for a PVC pipe fitting mold, including cooling channel work and fitting to the existing mold base. PVC's corrosive nature demands the right steel and the right finish — this is our home turf.
Design, fabrication and fitting of sealing and cutting dies for bag-making lines. Ground flat and parallel to keep seal quality consistent across the full web width — the difference between a line that runs and a line that leaks.
The damaged cavity is repaired using TIG welding and re-machined to the original geometry based on our own reverse-engineered CAD model. We also manufacture preforming cores.
